My journey into healing began while working as a registered massage therapist in a multidisciplinary clinic filled with energy workers, sound healing, crystals, and spiritual practices. At that time, I understood anatomy and structure deeply, yet energy work felt abstract—until experience reshaped belief.

Training through the Upledger Institute refined my sensitivity to subtle cranioSacral shifts and revealed how deeply consciousness resides within the spine and nervous system. These experiences opened a doorway to understanding the body as an intelligent, self-regulating system guided by what Dr. John Upledger referred to as the “inner physician.”

Reiki entered my life initially through curiosity rather than conviction. During Usui Reiki Level 1, I began feeling unmistakable sensations—heat, cold, tingling, and pressure—flowing through my hands. Daily self-practice led to profound personal healing and deep meditative states, where divine imagery and guidance emerged.

One such experience revealed Archangel Raphael as my guiding presence, affirming my ability to channel universal healing light. From that moment forward, signs, visions, and lived results reinforced this connection. My first long-distance healing session further validated the power of intention and energetic transmission, resulting in tangible physical improvement for the recipient.

Today, my work integrates Reiki, cranioSacral therapy, crystal healing, and disciplined spiritual practice. I believe energy healing is a human art—available to all—requiring intention, awareness, and surrender. My purpose is to transmit divine healing energy and demonstrate that true wellness emerges when we align body, mind, and spirit.
